The Divider Type Petroleum Storagetank Central Drainage Device
The Divider Type Petroleum Storagetank Central Drainage Device has the structure of steel tube folding and composite bbbbl hoses. The steel tube is 20# seamless steel pipe,The inner and outer surface spray coating epoxy conducting electrostatic anti-corrosion coatings. There are three layers structure in the composite hoses, The innermost material is sealed stainless steel Bellows; It’s available in 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The material of the middle is NBR, and Vulcanization in the surface of the stainless steel Bellows, which make the composite hose have a good perbbbbance of double sealing. Only when the Bellows and their vulcanizing surface layer are in the same spot , sulfide leakage can make composite Hoses to lose effectiveness. The outmost layer is 304 stainless steel wire braid, which is used to protect the main body of the tube. The top hinge is of universal joint structure, it enables a range of movement in circumferential direction and overcome the strong stress caused by the circumferential movement of the floating tray. The underneath hinge is of dual hinge structure, which can only move up and down. It makes the central drainage device have a constant move path. Gear pair is used in the jount of two straight tubes of the central drainage device. It makes the two straight tubes stay the same in the angle, in the meantime, it also restrains the four composite hoses stay the same in the debbbbation.
1、The MainCharacteristics:
1.1 There is no dynamic seal problem. The drainage device has overcomed the problem, that the revolving joints structure of dynamic seal is easily be abraded and leakage.
1.2 The cardan joint structure that can move in circumferential direct and up and down used in the joint of steel tube and floating roof, which has overcomed the strong stress caused by the circumferential movement of the floating tray.
1.3 Having a good stress layout , ensure the Device of drainage system in the Non-Stress status work.
1.4 The underneath hinge structure is dual hinges structure,It runs smoothly and has a constant move path while working.
